• Project management 3 years experience (leading or collaborating) 
• ABI 3-5 years experience in centralized operations such as BSC´s or Headquarters (desired). 
• Required 3 years of experience with Logistics (planning, transportation, last mile etc) 
• Strong communication skills 
• Strong stakeholder management skills 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Strong presentation skills (Power Point). 
• Excel required and proof of advanced skills (Pivot Table, Power Query, Dynamic Chart). 
• Microsoft Power BI required and proof of advanced skills. 
• Project Management Tools (Gantt charts, stakeholders management) 
• Knowledge of the Supply Chain Process 
• Familiarity with Business Process Optimization (Six Sigma, Lean) 
• Experience in Business Process Mapping  
• Experience working with a Technical Team. 
• Self-Motivated Team Player with Strong Organizational, Planning and Interpersonal Skills 
• Manage time and priorities effectively with ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in fast paced environment  
• Keen sense of initiative, agility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment. 
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams, Outlook) 
• Interest in learning new technologies 
• Background in Project Management.
