Descrição

BA/BS degree or equivalent with practical experience.
6+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT and/or SW development Apps Project Management.
Experience managing Kanban, Scrum, and other project types as Waterfall, Iterative and Agile.
Experience working with Atlassian’s JIRA, Confluence, MS Office excel & project and or any other Project management tool as Planview; if worked at Citi & knows PTS highly desirable.
Ideal candidate is enthusiastic, willing to identify disorganization and bring the right partners together to drive clarity of purpose
Experience working in Technology projects managing EOVS, Tech Mandates highly desirable – Safety & Soundness is a plus.
Enjoy providing mentorship, learning, and being collaborative in cross-functional teams. Seeking perpetual growth
Demonstrate leadership, accountability, ownership and critical thinking; solving issues and conflict in a smooth way.
Strong written, verbal, presentation and overall communication skills.
Excellent multitasker able to work both independently and on a team.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master a plus.
